Who We Are

Lennox building and maintenance was created in 2020. I have over 20 years experience in the kitchen and bathroom industry varying from designing, quality assurance, project managing, installation management and of course, hands on installing. As part of my journey so far I have acquired lots of varying experiences and built up the contacts to put me in a position today where I can offer a top quality service from start to finish of your project. This is backed up by our 5 star reviews and pictures on our website and socials and our ongoing partnerships and accreditations with various governing bodies and organisations.

Continued accreditation with British Institute of Fitted Interiors Specialists (BIKBBI and BIFFIS). This is to show that all of my public liability, insurances, sub contracted trades, asbestos awareness, quality of work etc are all up to or above the British Institute standard. This will hopefully give all potential customers reassurance that you’re in safe hands.

This customer wanted a shower enclosure to replace their bath. The marble panels offer a light and fresh look but are also low maintenance when it comes to the cleaning in comparison to other options like tiles and grout. I had to create a stud wall to the width of the shower and this allowed for a shelf for storage too. I replaced the toilet for a comfort height toilet (slightly higher) and changed the taps to lever style. The review is also at the end of the reel.

This customer inherited a wet room from the previous owner and wanted to convert their bathroom back with a traditional bath and shower. Oxidised copper tiles with black fixtures and fittings made a lovely contrast.

Kitchen renovation - this project included removing a wall, blocking doorways, electrical and plumbing works, plastering, decorating, underfloor heating, engineered flooring and a @howdensjoinery kitchen with wooden worktops, Belfast sink with a 5 in 1 hot water tap.

Latest Bathroom renovation. Light and neutral colours with a larger curved shower cubicle. This allowed for more room in the shower area and increased the floor space. Vanity sink unit and mirror with cupboard improved the storage and the radiator upgraded to a towel rad. Mira shower with marble paneling in the shower area.

First project of 2026 complete! Farrow and ball hague blue paint with navy blue furniture and a larder for extra storage. Roll top free standing bath with dragon feet and a random pattern tile with chrome hardware. Traditional feel to this period home in Cheltenham.

Another Bathroom project completed in December ✅ . We stripped all of the pvc panels off the walls and ceiling and removed the tiles behind the panels too. Over boarded the shower area with cement boards in preparation for tiling and plastered the other areas in preparation for painting. New suite supplied by B&Q. Laminate vinyl floor and Dulex bathroom paint with a little glitter added for a subtle shimmer on the walls.

Downstairs toilet refit. This included removing the old tiles and suite, decorating, tiling (1200x600 large format 10mm porcelain tiles on the wall, 250x1600 wood effect tiles on the floor and 1000x500 as the sink border) adapting the plumbing to suite, fitting the sink, toilet and furniture.

Latest bathroom project - this was a large en-suite room for a customer that I had recently done a main bathroom for too. The curved shower tray and vanity sink helped to increase the space nicely. Large format tiles on the floor and walls with an anthracite grout and silicone and sapphire salute Dulex bathroom paint for a contrast on the walls. The fixtures and fittings were all brushed chrome.

Bathroom and en-suite renovation. We utilised the space the best we could by moving some of the suite and adding some storage, removed the paneling, plastered the walls, replaced the floor, painted the walls and ceiling and installed the new suite to give the rooms a great new feel. The customer was very happy with the end result and has left a review too.

This bathroom project involved removing the old half high cladding, flooring, tiles and suite and plaster all of the walls and ceiling. We then decorated, Installed a new floor and tiled the walls and finally fitted the new suite.

This latest bathroom project @easybathrooms supplied the suite. Ripping out the old bathroom and installing new tiled floor, half height large format on the walls and full height honeycomb in the shower enclosure. Painted the walls and ceiling and installed new vanity furniture, sinks, toilet, shower and bath with brushed nickel hardware, which looks great!

This project included removing a dividing wall and doorway to open up the kitchen and dining room space. @howdensjoinery kitchen and quartz worktops really helped transform the space and increase the storage too.

Another bathroom complete ✅ this customer wanted to change their bath for a large 1600x900 shower tray. We built the boxing square from the soil stack next to the window and incorporated a shelf for some storage. This made the opening the right width for the tray. The suite was supplied by @easybathrooms .

Handover on the latest kitchen project today. @howdensjoinery kitchen units and @dektonbycosentino worktops with a @quookeruk tap. The original kitchen was in an L shape with a pantry/utility. We removed the walls to open the kitchen up and the customer opted to have a U shape with a peninsular return. This helped the kitchen flow better and drastically increased the worktop and cupboard storage to better utilise their kitchen/diner and incorporate a breakfast bar. We adapted some units to house the boiler and to house the appliances and also raised the kitchen to by 2 inches too.

Having completed a bathroom renovation for this customer over 3 years ago they invited me back to renovate their kitchen. This is a Wren handless kitchen, they also supplied the black and integrated appliances, sink and tap and the worktops and splashbacks too. The customer opted to keep the flooring as it was throughout the downstairs area. It’s also the first job completed following a brilliant Christmas break.

On this project we moved everything around to better utilise the space. The flooring really helped bring everything together and the customer wanted to keep the free standing roll top bath. The white honeycomb tiles with the cement grout was a great feature throughout.

We have swapped a bath for a shower enclosure on this project. Darker tongue and groove marine ply panels to contrast the existing lighter colours on the other walls. The customer has also left a review, It’s always appreciated when customers take the time to leave their feedback.

We have sponsored @abbeymeadroversofficial this season. A local football team that I have played at (occasionally still do) for many years. First time wearing the new kit saw them win 12-1 in a cup tie. Hopefully the new lucky kit sees in plenty of good results this season.

After a couple of weeks off in September and a family holiday it was back to work in October. This bathroom project included removing a block wall to give a lot more space in the family bathroom. The colour schemes work really well and the style is in keeping of the traditional feel to the house. I am fully booked for this year but now taking bookings for 2025. Kitchen renovation. @howdensjoinery supplied the kitchen units, appliances, worktops and splashbacks. The original kitchen was around 25 years old, so in need of a makeover. The lighter colour schemes makes a huge difference for the space.
